Just surfed in and this looks like an amazing site for LCers. I have only been LC since January 2, 03. I don't weigh (hate the scales) but have dropped over 20 inches overall! This will be the WOL for me. It is sooooooo easy to do. No weighing, no measuring and now that I understand carb counts, no counting - ESPECIALLY the EVIL calories! I will return often to read - read - read. I have to learn everything I can in order for this to be IT!

You have the right attitude: learn, learn and learn some more. The more you are informed about this way of eating, the more likely you are to succeed.

Just remember to not only learn about the mechanics of the plan, but also keep an eye out for any "reasons" you may give for trying to have a cheat. For me this was a biggie to get over, but it is overcomeable!
