Default tonights reward meal

okay..so y'all know I have been trying to figure out the balance in my reward meal...this is what I ate tonight...

Taco soup
chicken breast
orange
salad with 2 hard boiled eggs, ranch dressing
chocolate

Well tonight will be interesting...we are going to a easter bonfire celebration tonight and there will be tons of desserts! It will be interesting how I do. I am going to try to be strong...I think I will take my bottled water and just cling to it the whole evening...hopefully there will be some of my awesome brownies left so I can enjoy one tommorrow night....talk to you later..

Looks good to me.

Good luck at the bonfire! Sounds fun. Why don't you just put one of those brownies away for tomorrow instead of hoping one will be left. That will give you something you KNOW you can look forward to and may help you not get into anything tonight.

AND.....where's that journal?

Deb

You know you can also always take a plate or bring a container to store something that looks good for your next RM. It helps you to know you have control. The next day, sometimes you want it, sometimes you don't. But it's your choice.

Default I was good

Well I survived the bonfire and did not eat anything....and it wasn't hard at all...while they were all eating, I did her dishes so I kept myself busy. And I brought home half the pan of brownies so tommorrow I will enjoy one. I will start a journal tommorrow. Night All....hubby's feeling like I'm neglecting him....

The RM looks much better now! Good job! And good work dealing with the bonfire, too. You are making great progress.

This RM looks great-good protein and CHOCOLATE. Always keep a baggie with you when you go to parties etc. to take home a goodie. I find this helps so much. I don't usually, but knowing I can feels sooooo good.
