Unhappy Self sabotage.....

Why do I sabotage myself. I do good on Atkins, losing weight then I eat something really stupid, then I feel stupid and want to kick myself in the head.

BLLLLLLLLLLLAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for letting me scream my head off!!!!!!!!

I need some love from my fellow LCers. Help me!!!! or kick me one or the other

Don't be too hard on yourself. Maybe you should start a journal so you can track your slip-ups.

I thought I was self sabotaging until I noticed that every month right before TOM visits, I "blow it". Well, I also noticed that my weight did not increase with these episodes.

There is probably a real reason for your 'slip up'.
There is a thread on the topic of self sabotage, read it, it might help you.

Yep, start a journal, it's amazing how things look when you write them down everyday, not just your foods , but your thoughts.
