Hi Waiting and all -
You can do this, you know!!! One of the things that has helped me is to start a journal here. You'll find people "popping" in to keep your enthusiasm up and sharing your "not so good" days that we all have. This is a lifestyle change and it occurs gradually with lots of encouragement.
One of the little things I do is to go to the library and find a low carb diet book, or cookbook. Then as I look through it, I get inspired all over again! No, I don't really change plans, and bottom line is that they are all similar, but I do sometimes adopt some suggestions. It keeps things fresh for me.
Good luck....if you have time, start a diary....just go to diary threads under T-Z (it's done under your screen name) and post a new thread!!!
