I was doing really good when I was posting but then I stopped posting and started doing bad again!! I have about 50 lbs to lose!! I could use someone that could keep me going and that I could keep going!!

Hi!! Thanks for responding!! I live in the NW part of Oklahoma!! I am horrible at exercising. We have a walking trail pretty close to my house that I keep telling myself I need to start using!!

As the wise ones at Nike say..."Just do it!" :D Do you have kids? Take them for a stroll, too - good example for them and quality time as a family.
Or! If you prefer, pick a time when you can be by yourself, slap on a set of headphones and crank those tunes you like but nobody else can stand.
Either way, I'm sure you will enjoy yourself and reap some awesome benefits!

Hi Waiting and all -

You can do this, you know!!! One of the things that has helped me is to start a journal here. You'll find people "popping" in to keep your enthusiasm up and sharing your "not so good" days that we all have. This is a lifestyle change and it occurs gradually with lots of encouragement.

One of the little things I do is to go to the library and find a low carb diet book, or cookbook. Then as I look through it, I get inspired all over again! No, I don't really change plans, and bottom line is that they are all similar, but I do sometimes adopt some suggestions. It keeps things fresh for me.

Good luck....if you have time, start a diary....just go to diary threads under T-Z (it's done under your screen name) and post a new thread!!!
