I am so sore right now its not even funny, i cant lift my arm to shoulder height, i am having all the trouble in the world getting out of the bathtub on my own.

My back is really sore to, not my lower back he feels pertty good.

And i started my carb-up tonight.

I trained legs this morning, i really hope that i can walk tomorrow morning Yag.

Its been a whole year since i lifted a weight.

Smile ouch!

good for you on exercising - but if you overdo it you not only will be sore, but you might find yourself less inclined to do those activites again - ease in, my friend.

Keep stretching, it may hurt, but It will help.................. Be sure to stretch before and after as well.

Hope you feel better soon.............. did they leave tire marks?
