Default Atkins Advice tip on cheats

This was on my atkinscenter.com profile site today. I think it very good advice!

If you cheat, admit that you've slipped but don't use that one mistake as an excuse to stop taking your supplements or exercising. Most important, don't let one mistake turn into another and another.

Absolutely right! The problem with cheats are one little slip often leads people into a binge. If you slip up and eat a cookie, then stop there don't say well I already blew the day & continue with another cookie or a full fledge binge of carb laden foods. Get right back to the program without beating yourself up, or spiralling out of control. The bigger the slip the harder to get back to it, so... Good advice.
God Bless,
Amy-Lynne
