Default ECA Stack and sleeping....

I hope this hasn't already been addressed, but has anyone found themselves staring at the clock at midnight while taking an ECA Stack?

I just started last night and while I am usually sound asleep by nine or so, I didn't sleep well at all last night. I just couldn't seem to get into a sound sleep at all. I'm wondering if I should cut out the evening dose, or try taking it an hour or two earlier than I did last night.

Any input from those with some experience with this sort of thing? I'm flying by the seat of my pants as I know less than nothing...lol...although I am doing a lot of reading and am stopping in Border's this weekend to get some research materials.

Default Simple rule

Simple rule I've seen many people use is to not take ECA after 3 or 4 PM if they want to sleep. I also have friends who can't have caffeine after 5 or 6 either, but that does not seem to be as strict a rule.

Thanks, Metaldude! I wasn't sure about taking doses so close together, but I'll give that a shot.
