I love my new workout classes....they are more stress relief, pain relief, and lengthening than anything else.

Things to remember: Yoga

"one hand clapping" for shoulders
"killdere" for shoulders
"fingers inbetween toes"
"corsp" for relaxation

I need to get my butt in gear. Pilates made me soooo sore last week! In my lower abs...dang. I mowed the lawn yesterday and it was long, and the drass was wet, Now I have blisters and I'm sore <sigh>

I love being sore, but I hate it at the same time..... I think that I'm finally un-sore, but now I miss it
