Sooo…stuck in the 174’s.
I have been stuck several times this year. That said, stuck at 182 is in the rear view mirror, and I am grateful for that.
Its all about progress for me.
The frustration used to be real, now I know it’s a process. I am making better choices, exercising, pushing for a good nights rest, drinking my water, limiting my caffeine, using very little AS, and not chasing the taste of sweet.
Not saying I don’t think about chocolate and cream cheesecake LC deserts, or no sugar added ketchup , BBQ sauces, Crunchy, Salty Nuts and Lots of Gooey Cheese, and other Dairy Treats. I have had to drop the LC versions of those things that made me gain weight. I may never be able to eat them again and be free from food addiction. My one LC version replacement is Oopsie Rolls. Which is mostly eggs anyway.
Sorry for the novelette….its a reflective kinda day for me.

After a couple of rough days, not enough fibre then too much fibre. I’ve learned my lesson. Salads should be a side, not a late night snack to get the digestive system moving.
Aiming to hit the 173’s this week coming. 😁

I'm still bouncing up and down.

Not quitting.

Doing a 90 day challenge based on no SAD ice cream 😋. Only low carb. No Hagen Daz. It had become a need 2-3-4 times a week. Dangerous that DH could grab a pint after work, at 11 pm.

Danger Zone Foods, that I completely understand!
Especially if it “arrived before the clock strikes midnight”. 😲
Myself, my body shape is changing, losing an inch on waist and hips, yet the scale is still in the 174’s, in the past this would lead me astray, basing everything on the number on the scale, this time, I’m just holding on and travelling in hope.
Well done on setting up the 90 Day Challenge for no SAD Ince Cream. I still one day at a time, thinking in 2 weeks I can have this or that if I stay the course, and just keep extending the 2 week mark everyday. 🤣😂🤣

Shape change is important, most definitely. Gaining muscle, losing fat mass.

I'm back to 225 Finally.

Congrats on pushing through and making good choices to see the number happen.
It’s so hard to bounce, bounce, bounce, up and down those numbers we want gone, so shiny new numbers can happen.

Totally agree.
I have a lot of issues around food.
Chasing the taste of sweet, too much dairy, too many carbs, eating too much or not eating enough protein and fat then the evening “hunting happens”.
I do best with simple, repeatable meals, not trying to find novelty and food as entertainment.
The struggle is real, it’s not easy, some loss is just slow for me.

Finally!
Movement down on the scale this week…
Staying motivated, making healthy food choices, prioritizing a good night’s rest, drinking my water, and adding exercises/movement to each day has moved the scale in the right direction. My shape has changed for the better, but it is funny that the number on the scale seems like the gauge I prefer.
Onward and downward.

You may prefer the scale as a measure, and you're not alone, but at least you know other measures are as important.

Hurray on the long awaited drop!

Im holding at 225. That's a plus for me.
