Default good tasting low carb bread

This is my first time using a forum so if I do it wrong, please let me know.
I have made a few recipes for low carb bread with my old Regal Plus bread machine. I have had no luck with either a good tasting bread or one that comes out looking great. I know for sure that I don't like soy. I am wondering if I should invest in a new machine or if there really are any recipes for GOOD tasting low carb bread. If you have a tried and true recipe using a bread machine I would love to have it.

Mary

Hi Mary, welcome!

I must admit my bread machine has been gathering dust since I began LCing. I just don't have a huge interest in bread anymore.

But others have had success. I just conducted a "search" for you and found the following posts:

http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthre...machine+recipes

http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthre...machine+recipes

http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthre...machine+recipes

There are probably more, but these are a start.

BTW Mary, I've removed your identical post, it just gets confusing for folk who reply when a question is asked more than once.

Do have a good look around the forum. Don't miss the orange bar at the top of the screen.

Cheers.

Rosebud

Thank you for your reply. I am told that gluten flour should only have one knead, then I am told it should have only one rise, then someone said, and I read, that it should needs to rise more than other types of flour. LOL We'll see what I come up with. I bought a new bread machine tonight. Won't get to use it until Sunday.

Thanks again.
