Could it just be due to your body dealing with the change of hours over the weekend?

I don't know, but I have been tired all week and I have been assuming it is a combination of the time change and the rainy weather we have been having. Not everything that happens to your body is related to low carbing.

Hi Amy,

Could be TOM (time of the month) coming. I usually get so tired before and since starting Atkins it increased even more. Get a lot of sleep!
Good luck!

How's the weather been where you're at? Rainy and cloudy? For more than three days now? If so, that would do it!! Natural reaction to lack of sunlight.
