New Beginnings
Hi! I have been on the Atkin's Diet for 3 weeks now and have lost 10 lbs. I have started Circuit Training which has made exercise a lot more fun for me. I was a bit disappointed at my last weigh in because I had not lost any additional pounds. I am hoping it is due to working out and gaining muscle mass.
I can use all the support I can get. I look forward to getting to know you all.
