Default Induction time

Did anyone stay on induction for an extended period of time? I'm coming up on my second month of induction and I'm in a "If it ain't broke dont fix it" mood.

I'm doing the same thing you are . I feel great and have been on induction for about 5 weeks now, I don't know if I'm in ketosis or not. I think we should worry about getting some vitamins or something. I know I sound stupid but I've lost my book. All I know is "MEAT, EGGS, CHEESE!!!

It has almost been 2 months now, and I still don't go above 25 carbs a day, trying to stay at 20. BUT I do take in my carbs in other ways now, other than just veggies. ON induction I stayed just to the veggies.

Going into my 9th week of induction. the book says you don't have to move to phase II, a main reason to move up is being bored. If your not bored and your loosing weight, stay in induction as long as you'd like, thats my plan
