Today begins my 4th week, and I'm still in induction. I have noticed for the past week and a half that I have this really bad taste in my mouth. I keep brushing my teeth, but it's not going away. It's a stale taste...I guess not terrible like I said in my subject line, but certainly yucky enough to notice. Has anyone else experienced this? I wonder if it's related to my diet or just a coincidence. Thanks for any response and feedback!

That, my friend, is Keto-breath, everyone gets it and it is pretty bad. I guess we will have to carry around a bottle of mouthwash with us everywhere we go, can't risk the carbs in breath mints or gum. Good luck.

Also drinking a whole lot of water will help controll this somewhat.

Those little Listerine strips absolutely work wonders. But I try to use only 2 a day because I think they have aspartame in them.

I had it for a few days too during the second week of Induction. Almost like dry, pastey morning breath. Drinking lots of water helped. I haven't noticed it since.
