Maral, 202lbs is great! you are almost in onederland, I am so happy for you!!!
This past week I lost 1.5lbs. I hope I can stay 100% on plan next week so I can do better.
Glad I can help instead of clicking on quote, you can just copy and paste, and then if you don't want to keep copying and past you can just go back every week and edit your post with the updated weight. I normally weigh in on Mondays, but you can change the dates to fit your needs.
If we do it this way, we only have 2 or 3 post (depending on who is join in us) per month.
