Did I blow it?
Well, I think I blew it tonight. I started getting hungry even though I had already consumed 2000 calories and limited my carb intake to 20 grams. I think it could be because my period is due next week and I am so bloated! Anyway, I ended up adding another 600 calories to the 2000 I had already eaten making it a total of 2600 calories! They were all low-carb products and I didn't surpass the 20 gram mark. But I wonder, could consuming these excess calories stall my weight loss, or even worse, make me gain? I'm afraid to step on the scale tomorrow morning. Any insight would be helpful!
