Unhappy Did I blow it?

Well, I think I blew it tonight. I started getting hungry even though I had already consumed 2000 calories and limited my carb intake to 20 grams. I think it could be because my period is due next week and I am so bloated! Anyway, I ended up adding another 600 calories to the 2000 I had already eaten making it a total of 2600 calories! They were all low-carb products and I didn't surpass the 20 gram mark. But I wonder, could consuming these excess calories stall my weight loss, or even worse, make me gain? I'm afraid to step on the scale tomorrow morning. Any insight would be helpful!

You might gain a pound..lol 2600 calories is kinda alot since you only weigh 144lbs... That's like 1000 more calories you shouldn't have had =X Calories still count even though you keep your carb intake low. You're supposed to have 10-12 times your weight in calories. Probably retaining water too though since you're getting your period.. So don't get on the scale untill after your period!!

You didn't blow it though! Tommorrows a new day to start over. Just drink extra water and keep it clean! You only did it once so really it's not that big of a deal.
