Would appreciate it if someone could look at my FitDay meals for one day and tell me if I am on track with Atkins. I could be right off the beaten track!! Many thanks...Pam

Default Hey Pamlyn

Hey Pamlyn

The link up didn't work. Go to your home page on Fitday and scroll on down to the bottom. It will ask if you want to make your journal public. ya wanna do that, so once you've agreed, it should give you an address. Right click on it and choose copy shortcut. Then paste on post, viola

Take care,
Grace

Hi Pamlyn,
I really feel that you should follow the book I didn't see any veggies and the cheese looks to high. Have you got the book if not go to http://atkinscenter.com and read what they have there.
Hope this helps. Pat S.

Dear Pam,

I saw you are still on Induction. Try to follow it to the T, it will pay off, I promise! Personally I'm sure you should drink pure water and stay away from diet sodas etc. Fresh veggies are the most important source odf carbs, not only on Induction.
I have put together some good tips, check the Newbies Checklist below as well as the other links.
Good luck!
Alina
