If one has food that isn't ok for their eating plan, it can always be donated to a food bank or other community organization. Things not suitable for donation would do better being thrown away versus causing one undue hardship.
I realize there are different plans and woe - whatever works for someone is great. In my case, the reason I have been so happy and successful is that with low carb I never have to be hungry. This is a rich and satisfying way to eat and live - lots of meat, veggies, and other good whole foods.
