Unhappy Keto Breath

Hi everyone,

Has anyone come up with a good solution to keto breath? The lovely DW is beginning to tease me about it, so it must be getting bad.

Need all the help you can give!
Thanks!
Elizabeth

I picked up some "Blitz" sugar free powermints ~ the lo-carb store ... hopefully they are doing the trick... I haven't had any complaints ... yet.

Hi Elizabeth,

You can temporarily disguise the breath with mints or mouthwash, but the only real solution is to dilute your "breath effects" by drinking lots and lots of water.

You can also try Arm & Hammer Advance White chewing gum. It's made with xylitol - a sweetener that's allowed, but count the carbs!

Thanks, folks!

I appreciate the ideas. I'll try to find the mints.

I think I drink enough water, however. I sometimes find myself doing the cross-legged clench when I am in a session with a client. Makes it really hard to listen to thier troubles when your eyeballs are about to float out of your head!

Thanks again!

Hi, we have been able to find the Blitz mints at Kmart. Try you local Kmart. They only recently switched to using Splenda as the sweetner, so make sure you check and see if they have Splenda in them. The ones I found have the Splenda emblem on the front of the container.

Default THANKS DAWN!!!

I have been waiting for something that I can find! The other ideas are great, but I just don't have time to look for them.

K-Mart is something I can find!
