I've never managed to drink so much heavy whipping cream that it drove me out of ketosis. I use the FitDay numbers, I suspect the numbers on the cartons are rounded up.
When I'm more worried about calories, I'll use half and half and keep total amounts low, so that it has little effect on the carb count. When I'm more worried about the ketogenic ratio of the diet--heavy cream is about 94 percent calories as fat, I find it extremely useful for that reason.
