Default I think I screwed up ala liquor

Last night went out with the guys.. well, I got drunk of course! Diet coke and Rum all night.. tastes fine to me.. i tried to stick as close as possible.. only had about 5 of em lol. Im just starting my second week of induction

SO... do I have to start over?

Ouch! I'm wincing just thinking of the hangover I'd have if I had done that.

I don't think it's necessary to start induction over, but you might want to consider extending it for a few more days. Don't be too surprised if the scale goes up a few pounds in the next day or two...water retention. The best remedy for that (as well as any hangover symptoms you may be experiencing) is to drink plenty of water.

Next time, condider keeping your drinks to one or two and always drink plenty of water afterwards.
