Default Getting past the sugar craving?

I am just beginning the Atkins diet this week and I crave sugar and carbohydrates.....I know that if I can stick to it, it will get better but is there any supplement or something that will help me get through the innitial craving?

Chromium and L-glutamine are recommended for helping with cravings. I take chromium and feel it works well. Others swear by L-glutamine, but I've never tried it.

I am a HUGE sugar and candy freak and I found that after 1 week, I didnt even think about it. If I can do it...you can. Thats one thing I really like about this program.....no more cravings!!!....(maybe once in a blue moon-but better than all the time)
