150.5 - got off track on eating and exercise for a few weeks, it's so easy to gain, boo!
Instead of just counting minutes of exercise, I really love my HR monitor, so I'm going for calories burned and minutes of exercise.
Weekly goal 1750 calories burned. 250 minutes of exercise
M- BalletCore - loved this class (250 cals, 60 minutes)
T- Zumba w/ Corryn - new music and moves, fun and tough (525 cals, 60 minutes) - also did 50 push ups and 50 sit ups
W- Did 15 push ups and knee in pulls - (25 cals?, 10 minutes) Just painted trim at friends house, no scheduled workout
Th- (150) - no ex, rest day
Fri- (150) a.m. timed 1 mile run 9:34, better than I thought I'd do (100 cals? 10 min)
Sat- Run at home, 3 mile run/walk felt pretty good (300 cals, 34 min)
Sun - Rest
Goal - Get back under 150, boo! This should be easy peasy! Boo! Didn't happen, ate too much
Burn 1750 calories - 1200 so far, 550 to go.
Exercise 250 minutes - 174 minutes, 76 to go.
Needed to exercise more, burn more, and lose weight! Well I tried. I have something to reach for next week.
