Has anyone tried the Atkins Steak Sauce? I picked some up from the store to try it. I was going to use it to marinade my steak, but it smells really icky. I've decided to just keep using my Worcestershire sauce and steak seasoning that I have for the marinade. I was wondering if anyone else had tried this, though, and liked it. Maybe the smell is not an accurate reflection of the taste? I may try some after the steak is done to form a taste opinion. However, since smell and taste are closely related senses, I'm not feeling real optimistic that I'll like the taste over the smell

I use it all the time. I really like it. It taste similar to 57 sauce. Be brave! You might love it. I don't usually marinade with it. I just use it as steak sauce. Enjoy!

The steak was just so good right off the grill that I ate it without any type of steak sauce whatsoever. Maybe next time

Making a really good steak sauce is difficult and, I fear, beyond the reach of the low carb people. I like steak sauce too, but most of it has far too much sugar. I have experimented a little with adding some "Splenda" to various brands that do not contain sugar. Sometimes it mimics the sweeter varieties to a degree. Your standby is probably about as good as it gets.

Personally I don't like Atkins steak sauce. I think it's a little bit too sweet and prefer plain Worcestershire with steak. Just my opinion.

Yep! Me 2 - Worcestershire sauce and I usually dip the steak in a bit of butter too

if you like Heinz 57 steak sauce you should enjoy the atkins steak sauce. i have also tried the atkins bbq sauce and it's ok.
