Wink Hi! I am new to all this and just wanted to try to meet a few people LCing.

Hi Everyone! I am a 22 year old married female. I have recently started the Suzanne Somers programs. I have been extremely happy with it so far. I lost weight in the past on Weight Watchers but I seemed to almost always be hungry. As soon as I lost the weight and tried to return to what I felt was a healthy normal eating pattern I began to gain weight. Then I finally gave up and ended up gaining back all the weight and of course a few additional pounds. But I have not felt deprieved with the LCing. Plus I love how quickly the weight seems to come off. I just keep thinking this is way to good to be true. I mean because on weight watchers I could stick to the lowest amount of point and exercise and usually loose a pound or two a week on a lucky week that is. If anyone knows how I feel or just wants someone to chat with like a buddy system to keep each other motivated please send me a message. I can't wait to hear from you. Bye for now!

Hi Stephanie! Glad you're enjoying this WOE (way of eating)!

The best way to get some chit-chat going is to start a journal, and visit other peoples' journals. We all love visitors! Don't be afraid to post anywhere.

Heh - sometimes I think this is too good to be true, too. But it's just what our bodies were meant to eat, before we became a bunch of sugar-and-flour addicts!

Anyway, enjoy!

Hi Stephanie,

Welcome to the forum. You'll meet lots of new friends here from all age groups, male and female. Just jump in wherever you see a post that interests you. Or there's a thread here geared to people looking for a buddy. (Can't remember the exact title, but just do a search for "Buddy" or "Buddies).

It's still hard for me to believe I can lose weight eating so many "fattening" foods.

Have you registered at Fitday? It's free and a great way to keep track of everything.

Good Luck!
