After a good breakfast:
1/4 cup of Cot Cheese/1 big strawberry (early morning)
then 2 boiled eggs, 1/4 avocado, raw broc/green pepper/1 tbsp of greek dip.
I had a headache and felt whoosie all morning.
I kept thinking I just needed water, drank a ton, but only helped for a min or so. Then I had a glass of milk (2 oz cream water, 1/8 tsp of splenda), that helped for about an hour. Then back it came, so I was looking in the fridge, saw a big strawberry, downed that, Walla, headache/ whoosie gone every since.
Any ideas on what was happening??
I have increased my carbs last week to 22-25, then last night after reading the ATkins book, it explained my weak feeling, I was having going up the stairs, it said to increase the carbs a bit. So I've done that today with all my meals.
Lunch was spicy farmer sausage soup, with lots of veggies.
Snk 3/4 cup of plain Yogurt with 1/2 cup of blueberries
Dinner was a greeen salad/ jaimca/asparagus, with a turkey pattie melt.
Now, I also have just lost another 2 pounds, bringing it to 20 in just under 8 weeks.
Anyhow I'm a bit puzzled about this morning.
