I also posted about this same subject a few days ago. the info I got back suggested taking a really good daily multi-vitamin. Upon doing some of my own research I have learned that there is nowhere near enough calcium in a daily, so I've added that as well. Plus, I take fish oil caps for the omega 3 fattys. Research suggests that long term use of this will promote a healthy heart, which is a concern of mine. I was getting leg cramps too, so I just started taking a potassium tab, and it's doing the trick! This seems like a lot of pill popping, but it's working for me. I guess ou just have to find your own level of vitamin intake!
