Default Okay, started a journal here, need help!

I'm entering my PMS phase and am feeling really discouraged and negative and grumpy!! The tell all is in my journal entry but I am off track. I haven 't lost an ounce in about 2 weeks and am just discouraged.

I need to get to the grocery store but don't have a lot of money right now, it's a rough time.

Okay, I'll stop feeling sorry for myself and get back on track hopefully today. ( I can do it, I can do it!!)

Just needed to vent a bit, no one else understands the Atkins plan! Hee Hee!!!

Do what I do about food. I look around for sales and what is at Walmart. I rarely buy anything that isn't on sale; except some vegetables. You are bound to encounter some plateaus at times. We all do. They are discouraging but we do know they will pass. If you eat less you will eventually lose weight. I know Atkins says we can eat liberally of proteins and fats, but I've tried to make an effort to slowly lower my food volume as I go. It seems to help when I reach a stall.
