Wink Hi everyone!

I am just a two week low carber, and I am having trouble with boredom. I love the plan, it keeps me from craving carbs like nothing before! I have lost 2 lbs in 2 weeks!

I have a childcare in my home and 3 children and a husband, so I need some tried and true EASY recipies, and ideas to break the monotony! I know what kinds of things I can eat, but I would just like some ideas for variation.

Anyone have any ideas?

Post Hello

I have a childcare in my home too! I am only licensed to take 5 because I have 3 of my own as well and I really don't want that many! lol Anyway I am a pizza lover and I make what they call here Meatza! You press hamburger and italian sausage in pie pans or a cookie sheet about 1/8 inch thick and pop it in the oven at 400 until brown.. Must be extra lean burger by the way! This will be your crust. Get creative.. you can put anything on it you like. There is a recipe section on here and lots of great ideas..
