Default I've wrecked my state of ketosis

Apparently, SF syrup is going to be a RARE treat, DANG. Double dang dang. The fallout from my chocolate cheesecake with peanut butter-carmel whipped cream topping is I am not losing, I believe the technical term is "stalled". I will not abandon my plan, I'll stick to it, but I have scared myself badly.

I can already hear the "I told you so's." =D What I need is a bunch of you to say "Yes, I stalled too, and within X amount of days, I started losing again. You CAN restart ketosis."

Any cheerleaders out there this morning?

Well, I meant to give you more cheerleaders, but apparently there's a shortage and they've established strict quotas. Of Course you can re-establish ketosis. You may not even really be out of it. Just go back to doing what works, and things will be fine. You're doing great.

Default Stalls Happen

Sometimes it's something you do and sometimes it's not. For me it was drinking wine that I thought was low in carbs...only to find out it was full of sugar and had 20grams per serving. WOW Was I bumming. I stalled and it lasted a couple weeks mabey longer BUT I pulled through it and you will too!

What made it OK for me was the fact that even if I was in a stall I was not gaining. After a while I began to lose again.

Hang in there!

THANK you Ruth and MaineDaddy. Nothing staves off a panic attack like reassurance from someone who has been there.
