Thumbs up wow....AMAZING INCHES

I was amazed yesterday when I took my measurements (last taken on Feb. 7th) and I lost 1.5 inches off waist, 1 inch off chest, 1 inch off hip, 1 inch of tummy and 1/2 inch off each thigh! This only after 2 weeks! During this time I lost 2 lbs only. I even had to add another hole in my already altered leather belt (3rd hole made already) which I think I will need to buy a new one soon

So inches definitely melt away faster than the pounds!

Default oh thank you for that post!

I'm only ~ this 1 week but already I feel like I look better and the scale doesn't correspond w/ the way I feel. I've lost 2 lbs in the last week which is good but I FEEL like it should be five! I really should take my measurements .

Congrats Yvonne!

I know exactly how you’re feeling. I remember one morning putting on trousers and noticed a reversal of a trend, which had been bothering me for quite some time; namely, my clothing getting tighter and tighter slowly but surely month after month. And, to finally feel and see vividly that trend reversing is not only a welcomed sentiment of prevailing satisfaction over the previous eerie dread of clothing tightening; but, also, it further enthuses us continue steadfastly with our efforts.

Feels nice once the avalanche and momentum of weight gain has turned in our favor, doesn’t it?

OKAY MISS It's time to buy a new belt ...

That belt has been abused way too long ...... Go out and buy another as a reward of a job well done...

Good job.

Wes

Doesn't it feel wonderful.

I lost 10 lbs after the first two weeks. I didn't measure myself when I began, but I did measure myself last week. I haven't lost anything this past week (but I'm being patient). I did get dressed this a.m. and noticed my pants were alot looser in the waist. when my husband hugged me this morning before work, he told me you even feel smaller. (THIS MADE MY DAY)

Then I get to work and a coworker told me it looked like I had lost some weight. It just feels wonderful.
