Hmm .. I toured the keto.org website, and there aren't many references offered. It appears to be a personal site, with mostly opinions and observations which may or may not be helpful. There is nothing to substantiate the use of glucosamine or chondroitin for ketogenic dieting. These supplements are usually taken for arthritis and joint inflammations. In fact, my research on glucosamine in particular shows that it will work AGAINST your low-carbing efforts, as it's known to raise blood sugar levels and increase insulin resistance.
