Default help with atkins diet

I am putting on and not loseing only around a kg but it is hard work. I stayed at the same weight for over one month and then finally lost 1/2 kg then it has come back up.
I am not cheating and have been on it since Dec 02 however I am feeling hungry and am eating more of meats etc.
After my periods I find that I have no energy and am very tired, I am taking vitamins and iron tablets but nothing seems to satify so I am eating more of the right foods.

Any suggestions please let me know.

Hi...

not cheating isn't enough information.... are you eating enough? are you eating enough fat? are you eating your 2-3 cups of veggies a day? are you eating lc candies or bars? are you drinking alcohol?

Why not post some of your full daily menus to see if we can help tweek what is wrong....

All the best.

Some people lose better at higher carb levels. That can also be a good thing for feeling better. So up the carbs and see how you feel. If you could post a menu or two (several days) it would give some insight into what you are eating.

Leonie, why not ressurect your Journal and keep track again? As Lisa pointed out it would make offering help a little easier
