Default day six, when can I start exercising?

I have the book and I remember it saying that you don't have to exercise at all. But.. I feel GRrrrreaaaaat and I wondering when can I start exercising?

Though I think Atkins says to avoid intense exercise during induction, I don't see why moderate exercise wouldn't be okay... especially if you feel great. I would make sure you're getting enough potassium and magnesium as these are lost during exercise.

Other than that... go for it! If you begin to feel weak, stop. You will soon be adding more carbs in OWL so that will help stamina. Good luck!

I've been exercising most of the time while on induction, but I'm one of those who luvs breaking rules I just figured if I felt fine why not exercise. The only side effects I had from induction was a headache for a day or two. I think if you feel well enough and want to then exercise.

Just remember when you start exercising to not become a "scale watcher". Once I started regularly working out the lbs aren't coming off as much, but I am still losing inches.

I've been working out a lot since day one! I haven't cut back at all. In fact, I've increased physical activity.

I have been walking during induction. its low stress and does burn a few calories and want wear you down.
