Hi I am new to this fourm but I just have a quick question,
Natrushka and plenty of other people have said to Look for an extract that is standardized to at least 60% polyphenols.

I just purchased a bottle and thought it said 63% equiv. catechin-polyphenols

but actually reads
camellia sinensis (green tea)
ext. equiv. dry leaf 3.15g
equiv. catechins 63mg
it says one dose = 1 capsule, should I be taking two ??? or is this enough ???

thanks in advance for your help
