Hi! I'm new to this site and so far..love it! Just wanted to introduce myself. I've been doing Atkins for one month and one week today and am doing great. I have lost lots of inches and feel great. About 80% of my allergy symptoms are gone. WOW!

Hi Putch, welcome to the Forum.

To start a journal, go to the homepage for this forum and then go to Journals M to Q (since your login name starts with P). Go to the bottom and click "New Thread" to start a new journal. Whatever you name the thread is the name your journal will have. Once you have started it, hit "reply" to put in another entry. If you hit "new thread" again you will start a second journal.

I know what you mean about the allergy symptoms being gone. I used to have dry scaly patches on my chest and upper arms, and those are all gone now. I threw my aclovate away!
