Default Guys, help please

I am 6ft, 221 and not losing at 2200 or 1500 cals/day. My ratios are good approx 70/26/4 somedays more fat. At what calorie level do you lose at? According to my calculations I should maintain at a little over 3000 cals a day which seems high. I am averaging 25-30 grams of carbs. Thanks for your input.

You need to get your calorie level higher...your body thinks that it is starving and will refuse to let go of any fat because it thinks it is needing it to live. Eat more. Get those calories up and don't worry about counting them.

Hi Eddy -

The standards that most people do well losing at is 10-12X your weight is the calories we are aiming for daily.

But eat if you are hungry - just keep your carbs low.

How long have you been lcing?

Eddie - very often our body has to catch up with our loss. Just keep doing the right things and it all works out. A real stall doesn't count unless it is 4+weeks of no weight or inches lost.

FYI - I can't call my 2 months here a stall because I have cheated occasionally.

UAGirl - eat so your body doesn't think you are starving and start hanging on to your fat to protect itself.
