There are some excellent discussions on the value of NATURAL yogurt without additives, etc., how it is made and labelled, and why it's good for you and not as carby as it sounds... have a look in the Kitchen Forum and/or the Health & Technical:Candida & Yeast Forum and/or BEST option, use the SEARCH feature on the upper right with the little globe and search those forums for 'yogurt' threads.

It will vary by brand, but you want to find the shortest, cleanest Ingredient List you can (you know: milk ingredients, active bacterial cultures...), then you make a thumbnail estimate that the carbs are actually half of what is on the label.
