My day's intakes were 73% fat, 6% carbs, and 21% protein. My total carbs were 30 grams and total calories were 1639. Can anybody tell me how I did and what I might need to work on?

Reddiwhip is whipped cream in a can right? Is it real whipped cream or a fake one and does it have sugar added? Maybe you would be better to whip your own cream, it only takes a minute and it will keep covered in the fridge for a while after it is whipped. You dont need to whip the whole carton. Its also good unwhipped a tablespoon of liquid cream poured over diet jello is yummy, you are using Diet Jello I guess?
