Well after the past week of watching what I was doing, plugging in to fitday.com was the best thing I could have done. All the hidden carbs! Here I was thinking I was being *so* good and staying below the 20 limit, and come to find out it was 27 to as high as 36! *faints*
I was stalled for what felt like forever, so I went back to my first day of induction and restarted, basically.
Overnight, the woosh fairy came, and stole 4 lbs! *faints again* (but this time I was happy to faint! lol)
Some things I found for me, apsartame and caffeine are the
! I am caffiene addicted though, so I cut my Sweet N Low, and use Splenda now, and use less cream, and *much* less coffee. Soon, I hope to be rid of that addiction too. I was up to about 3 pots per day
, and now having only one 32 ounce cup per day.
Also, fresh water instead of the carbonated flavored sugar free waters. I save them for a treat now.
And mock danish is the win!
