Question On-the-run, induction breakfast ideas

Any good ones?

My bf is just starting Atkins this week (!) and needs some ideas for breakfast that doesnt include too much prep. He doesnt like hard boiled eggs so that is out. Its been 6 months since Ive been on induction and I dont have my book to help him out with any creative ideas.

I know all you great people have some super ones!

Hi! We had a discussion on this earlier in the month, but I see it's moved a few pages back already. Share your breakfast on the run ideas. HTH.

Do you mean on the run actually eating breakfast while you driving (guilty!) or have a few mins at home to eat something? When I was doing induction, I would eat bacon that I made the night before, cheese sticks, boiled eggs, and mushrooms. All were easy to have ready for breakfast on the go and there were no dishes to wash.

Default quiche? baconcheeseburger scramble?

These both sound delicious! I have looked for the recipes but can't find them, could you tell me where I should be looking? These are good for induction?

I used to make a killer zucchini quiche cassarole with no crust, but plenty of saltine crackers crumbled inside, I wonder what would happen if I left out the crackers.
