Yes, please start a journal...and poke around in some others and you'll find there are LOTS of people (myself included!!) that were 'turtles" on this board...
There's got to be a reason for it, and in your case, if it's not a hormone thing, then let's see your daily intake. My problem was not the legal foods or cheating, etc. It was the amount of my portions...I was taking in WAY too many calories.
Although we dont "count" calories, they should stay around 10-12x our body weight. Much more than that and there could be just plain old too much food going in your body that it can process and lose fat.
