Default Silly Question about the Mock Danish

I admit it - I am not a cook! I just bought some pans so I could make some LC foods at home.

My question: What do you put the Mock Danish Ingredients in, so you can microwave it? A bowl, a pan?

I know it sounds silly but I don't understand the concept?

I use a tupperware container designed for the Mike, or a glass pyrex mixing cup, depending on which is handiest (and clean!)
