Thank you soooo much! When I first started this journey, I got it in my head that it HAS to be a WOL and NOT just a "diet". It's tough sometimes but just have to hang in there.

Thanks Dee
I'm going to continue VLC for as long as I can...it just scares me to add many carbs back in. Have probably been eating more fruit than I should but I swear, the grocery stores must have strawberry incense or something in the air -- every time I walk by the strawberries, I find myself getting a couple packages Hubby and I can usually polish them off in 1 night! Won't be too much longer and we won't be able to get the good, fresh fruit anymore...boy do I hate winter!
Definitely need to tone the ole bod up some -- I have waaaay too much skin now so that's my next step.
Take care

Congratulations!
Wow, that's absolutely wonderful! If you have played by the Atkins rules for a whole year, I'm not worried about you in future. You will do just fine.
You have reason to be extremely proud of yourself!

I just keep reminding myself this is the way it's gonna be for life!! Not just a "diet" -- now that's a nasty four-letter word
