Default Okara-soy pulp

Does anybody know about OKARA(soy pulp) ? I know they are healthy food, but I am not sure if the OKARA has high carbohydrate.

Healthy? Nothing soy is healthy ever. It will mess with your fertility and your thyroid both. Wikipedia has this to say about it:
