i got a new pair of jeans. i am still lo carbing but i am chnaging my lo carb style before it was more like paleo meat and waterOk so I was doing the paleo thing or neadra thin thing or whatever you want to call it where you just eat meat and water mostly beef.. That’s really not going to work for me
· Because I need my veggies
· Its making me feel queasy, and ematrol or Tums didn’t help
· Not losing weight as fast as normal
· I don’t feel as healthy as people claim I should be feeling probably the whole nauseas thing
· Last time I attempted lo carb I was very successful I lost 14 lbs in 6 days
· I do not expect to lose that every time but if that’s the way I lo carbed last time and I lost that much that’s what believe I feel comfortable with then that should be the planm for me. I never thought I would miss veggies so much

Angry Weigh in Today

Well nothing, nothing, nothing I dident lose one single pound. I did everything I was supposed to do and still nothing. Well it could be because TOM is late maybe thats why. I will still continue to do everything this week and see what happens. I'm going to Georgia this week so I'm praying that I will be able to stay on this diet. I have been trying so hard. Good luck to everyone on their weight loss this week. see ya.

Can I join the challenge? I am restarting LC for the umpteenth time.. I started last Thursday at 284 and now am down to 277. My problem is that once I start, I do great, but it usually takes just one thing to derail me and then I am off plan for months. I really want to make this "the" time for me.

Where is the knee lift challenge that everyone's talking about?

Sonia

Didn't stick as well to the WOE over the weekend although didn't go off the deep end. Gained 1/2 lb but it will be gone soon.

205.6lbs today. I'm excited and motivated to see this through to my goal weight of 120. I will probably change my goal weight to 115 when I get there but that is a long way from now. This site has made the difference for me. I read a lot of journals and success stories keeps me motivated. I have pulled out my eliptical machine from my bedroom into our living room so I'm going to try to do at least 30minutes everyday starting from today.

Hi All. Just sticking my head in from sunny North Carolina. I'm deffinitely off of WOE for the vacation, but hoping all the bouncing around in pool and ocean is helping me not gain too much. Congrats all on your loses!!! I'll be back at it next week some time, whenever I make it home.

LOL ~ Whenever I make it home! LOL. Man Enjoy yourself and make the best decisions you can as often as you can. its just a part of your way of life but life throws diversions in there all the time. We'll see ya when ya get back! I'll be in Vegas from the 17th to the 25th but i know they have quite a few options for me there so im good.

I went down finally to 294, which is lower than what you have me at on the chart. So when you get back, change me please. Although I hope by the time you get back I'll have a new number! hehe
