Default April 21 & 22

April 21, Tuesday- I went to court with my DH and then we went by his office afterwards and then to lunch (late lunch).

Anyway, did get in a 2.5 mile bike ride after my DD's choir program yesterday evening.

April 22, Wednesday- 2.5 mile bike ride and "weight" workout (back and shoulders).

Bike Ride = 28 Miles (2.5 miles of it were with our dogs). I'm so, so, so tired!!!

Power Sculpt DVD = 20 minutes

I finally got in a "weight" workout- I did back (4 different sets of 15). FINALLY!!!

"Weight" workout = Bench (flat, incline, incline flys and flat flys- no decline because my shoulder started bothering me and so I didn't want to make it worse).

Walk w/DH = 2.5 Miles

Bike Ride = 1.5 Miles (short because it was beginning to rain, plus we couldn't go on the trail because it was still wet from yesterday).

"Weight" Workout = Back (4 different exercises = 4 sets of 12 each)
