Stats: 160/135/130 Female 5'5"

BF:35%/28%/22%
Progress: 83%

Location: New York, NY

On the induction list are "all pork products" making pork rinds okay.

Jell-o is also an animal product, but aspartame is not recommended on the Atkins plan. You could, like I did, try making your own with unflavored gelatin, kool aid flavoring, and Splenda.

Yes, stick to the list, but it does help to be creative!
